Whichever way you choose to apply, we cannot accept an application without at least TWO PHOTOS, one of which should be a headshot, and the other being a full body shot. none of the photos that you send over should be ‘nudies’, and we are experienced enough to work out if any of the images sent over are fake shots of porn stars or OnlyFans models.
Unlike other dubious local ‘escort girl providers’, Midlands Maidens only ever agrees to interview REAL girls for REAL positions on our staff list.
So provided that none of your images starts racking up thousands of ‘this image looks like…’ messages and clogging up our computers and phones, we’ll give you a prompt call-back to hear your phone manner. A quick point here – any applicant not answering within THREE RINGS, will be classed as ‘unreliable’ and will not be invited down for an interview.
We would also suggest sending over ‘selfie’ type photos which MUST BE UN-BLURRED!!! Any photos that you send over to the Midlands Maidens office will NOT be published on the website without your express permission.
If we like your images AND your phone manner, then you will be invited down to a public place for a coffee or a beer and a face-to-face interview.
At your face-to-face ‘meet-up’ (interview), you will get a presentation about what we do, a brief description of what would be expected from you, and another period of asking questions about anything we missed out of our presentation.
The whole initial ‘meet-up’ could last anywhere between 30 minutes to 3 hours (the longest-ever meet-up lasted nearly 6 hours) so please make sure that you can take off an afternoon or an early evening to accommodate your interview.
