Decimations and Recruitments
In this, the second of three posts this week, we take a look at Decimations and Recruitments applied at Midlands Maidens.
The first post published yesterday was one for the hardcore website followers, with the latest Niche Monthly offering.
THIS post is going to be a slight adjustment to our staff lists, which will be happening after the August school holidays.
The third post which will be published tomorrow at some point, will be the latest recruitment video.
So we’ll get on now with the second post, and there will also be a little techie stuff in there for you too.
The Techie bit:
With us trying really hard to get away from Yoast (who sold out to EIG) (who have closed down more customers, clients and users than VIP Call-Girls), we finally managed it this week by moving over to The SEO Framework – an SEO software based in Holland that used to concentrate on the Genesis software.
The first post (the Niche Monthly one), this post and tomorrow’s post will all be published using The SEO Framework, and whilst they won’t look any different to our viewers, at least you can sit back, knowing that creating these posts is a real breeze!
The Decimations bit:
There are a couple of our girls who have worked all the way through the August school holidays, but the general consensus is that this is a notoriously quiet time of the year for new clients to surface.
With that in mind, we placed the agency in limbo throughout August, mainly just servicing regular clients, and those clients that are really nice to the girls.
As we approach the 4th of September though (when the kids go back), each member of our staff list will be contacted to see if they want to return to working with Midlands Maidens.
Those girls that do not reply, or come up with implausible excuses may well find that their position is no longer required.
The Recruitments bit:
With every Decimation of staff comes a Recruitment Drive, and for September, this will not be changing.
We’re just finalising the video mix for the Autumn Recruitment Drive, and rather than it being a snuff and domination video (Summer’s video gave us more applications than ever before!), we’re going this time with a ballet-type video, which MIGHT even get aired on YouTube.
