For those of you who were thinking of joining Midlands Maidens and are continually stumped with our ‘high standards and class’ demands, this post is for you!
It’s right there on the homepage if you fancied going to have a look – ‘Perfect Girls with the Highest Standards’ – however our version of ‘high standards’ is often different to our applicants’ version of ‘high standards’.
This time, we’re going to go back in time with a couple of videos – one from a High-Class London escort doing a video interview about her bookings, and one from an Australian escort, who turned into a High-Class escort after discussing this very subject with one of her friends.
Even the Midlands Maidens management was taken aback by a few disclosures from the Australian escort, proving that you learn something new daily. We’ll be bringing some of her ideas over to future interviews.
This first video has been seen before, but was high on a Google search for ‘High-Class escorts’, so who were we to argue with that?
This second film is more like a PowerPoint on ‘how to increase your standards’ and is presented by Isabelle Fox, an Australian escort with her own YouTube Channel – one video of which, we show here, though looking at it, they may well ALL be worth checking out.
There are a couple of things worth commenting on, but first, let’s play the video:
The above three conditions cover most things that we always try to explain in our presentation to any interviewees who apply to join us.
It also explains why we need to sack them after two or three weeks for forgetting to follow simple rules that are designed to keep them safe.
So far, we are hugely limited on any girls that we can send out to clients, but that is simply because not enough High-Class girls are applying to join us.
At any Midlands Maidens interview, we can spot a high-class interviewee from a mile off, and the interview then becomes just a presentation.
One thing that we feel needs commenting on though, is answering any ‘Hey Babe’ text messages.
We USED to answer them, and as Isabelle Fox mentions in her video above, these CAN be ‘high rolling’ clients.
That is not often the case though, which is why ALLtexts via our default messaging system, via WhatsApp, or even via our ‘Free Text Message’ on the website are met with an autoresponder telling the client to call us, rather than message us.
It’s hilarious watching the odd client who doesn’t realise that he’s talking to an autoresponder trying to start a conversation with it and showing that he was never going to place a booking at all.

…all of whom have given up on their previous chosen fields to come into this lucrative industry, as well as girls that are out of work and ‘girls least likely to succeed’.
All girls whether they are ex-police commissioners down to benefit claimants are treated in exactly the same way when starting out and will eventually find that new type of ‘buzzing’ in their new careers.
