It’s Christmas, and the New Year is just around the corner. Time for the Midlands Maidens End of Year Round-Up 2022.

We’ve already placed the snowstorm onto the website pages, which will be staying until 2023. What’s been happening throughout the year though?

Keeping it totally transparent (with one exception which will be revealed later), here comes the 2022 round-up.

We’ll run it from the most recent going backwards, so we’ll start off with the Guaranteed Wage.

First off, the Christmas Opening Times at Midlands Maidens.

Like in every year that we’ve been trading, Midlands Maidens will be open 24/7 throughout the Christmas holiday period.

Be aware though that no long-distance appointments will be accepted, and at some point, our Maidens will be scoffing Christmas dinner.

The Guaranteed Wage has been really popular with applicants, ensuring that we receive around 10 girls applying each week.

There is a problem with this though…

Most of the applicants to join Midlands Maidens are loving the guaranteed wage bit, but then failing to read the rest of the advert where it says that ‘high standards are essential’.

Meaning that 75% of applicants look like this:

Of the other 25%, 10-15 feel that having to interview is beneath them and they will not answer their confirmation call, and the girls that DO answer this call are horrendous in their attitude and mannerisms, and/or their fake photos got past our scanning systems.

They also manage to ‘sweetly smile’, which hides their bad teeth or fake gold implants, but they all get caught out at a face-to-face interview.

We’ve had a few Maidenettes passing the application this year, and MOST of them turned out to be excellent and their standards met up with our requirements.
