Following the decision to disallow OnlyFans in promoting sexually explicit content, we take a look at what prompted the OnlyFans U-Turn.
OnlyFans this morning announced that it will reverse plans to ban sexually explicit material, saying in a statement that it has “secured assurances necessary to support our diverse creator community.” That suggests it has reached a better banking arrangement: The platform, primarily known for hosting adult content creators, had openly and explicitly blamed banks for the original ban on explicit content.
The next time a bank or payment processor tries to pull a similar stunt, they will be sure to think long and hard about the consequences.
Less than a week following the ‘porn ban’ announcement by OnlyFans, it would seem then that between the OF content creators flocking elsewhere, and the banks realising that fitness and health videos would turn OnlyFans into a Tumblr-Esque mistake of epic proportions, the ‘porn ban’ has now been rescinded.
We would LOVE to think that it was because of the Midlands Maidens’ Room 101 post last time, but we realise that the banks for once have seen sense and backed down from making a silly decision.
We’ll let Siswet elaborate more:
Siswet you’ll probably remember was the subject of the video in our previous post, and it’s nice to know that her anally changing shows can now continue uninterrupted, as can ALL content creators using OnlyFans.
It’s always nice to see the truth come out despite the banks making a colossal mistake, but the people have voted with their feet and kept OnlyFans’ losses to a minimum.
