Welcome to our first post of the year, explaining the types of girls we are looking for in our Winter recruitment drive 2023.

…but provided that you don’t fall into the above four categories, we will not have a problem with interviewing you.

We should also include stress factors, shyness and availability in the above four pigeon-holes, but these will all be worked out at your interview.

The most significant factor with these Midlands Maidens recruitment drives is the guaranteed wage that we offer to all staff.

The guaranteed wage was set up so that any staff member who was not certain if working within this industry would be profitable, the staff member could ‘dip their toes in the water’ to see how it all works out for them.

This though has a knock-on effect, in that we need now to ensure that any applicant applying to join us, must equal or exceed our already high standards.
