State of Play
We’re three weeks into the guaranteed wage incentive, which would seem an excellent yardstick to gather statistics on the state of play.
Since we started this incentive, we have had a total of 20 applicants, all hoping to swell the Midlands Maidens staff list back to its former glory.
What these applicants don’t seem to realise though, is with a guaranteed wage incentive running, only the best applicants will be taken on.
The following statistics are the reason that our staff list remains the same as three weeks ago:
Out of the 20 applicants:
TEN had fallen out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.
FIVE were size 18 or over.
LEAVING five applicants who could have made a good impression on our paying clients.
Out of the Remaining Five:
TWO had previously worked in this industry and felt that an interview was beneath them.
LEAVING a 40-year-old redhead, a 28-year-old blonde and a 19-year-old Only-Fans model.
We were obviously looking forward to meeting the 19-year-old Only-Fans model, and we’d even lined up a client to book her straight off the bat, but her attitude and phone manner left a lot to be desired, and she proved to be a no-show anyway.
The 40-year-old redhead seemed to be quite proficient at photoshopping as we didn’t recognise her when she turned up.
She had also shaved a few dress sizes off, and this is exactly why a face-to-face interview is a priority when applying to join Midlands Maidens.
The 28-year-old blonde turned out to be the oldest of the three applicants, as she was using 10-15-year-old photos in her application.
She was at least 45 years old at a conservative guess and was further proof as to why a face-to-face interview is imperative to join Midlands Maidens.

The state of play then at Midlands Maidens is nothing’s changed.
Our guaranteed wage incentive does NOT mean that Midlands Maidens is an easy touch – rather it means that Midlands Maidens will not be taken for fools.
The incentive guarantees you a wage for as long as you needed, which is designed for those girls that were THINKING of coming into this industry, but might need a helping hand to prove that the clients were there for them.
As the incentive is paid for out of our own pockets, we have got to be sure that we can offer the girls to paying clients – and the only way to do this is by a face-to-face interview – you know, like a shelf-stacker at ASDA or a sweeper-up at Tesco, but with an incentive to earn much more than these last two positions.
